    Neon Perfection!

    I used this neon assortment for filler for a garland I did for a client who hosted a neon themed birthday party. The colors are vibrant and look much better in person than on the website. The event was a hybrid indoor/outdoor space and not a single balloon popped, even in sunlight and heat.
