Free shipping on orders over $149.99*!! Orders can be picked up locally, free of charge with our in-store pickup option!

 

Free shipping is only within the contiguous 48 states. Free shipping DOES NOT apply to wholesale accounts.

If the order contains significantly heavy items requiring multiple packages/shipments, we will contact the buyer for payment of shipping to cover the extra cost of the shipping per weight or size of the items.
Unfortunately, there are some items we have that CANNOT be shipped due to size or significant weight, items within these qualifications will be available for in store pickup at our physical location, 7455 NW 41 ST, Miami, FL 33166.

The UPS Ground map below is only an estimate and does NOT account for Severe Weather, or any other delays that may occur. 

We do NOT guarantee shipping speeds. Once a package has been released to the carrier, all liability falls on them from that point on. If a package states delivered by the service and you have not received it, we will do our best to find out if the package was mis delivered, if the package is stated to be delivered and re checked again by the carrier, we will NOT provide a refund. 

All expedited services including next day and 2 day air are NOT guaranteed services. These services do NOT include the day to ship. For example if your order comes in at 11PM Eastern, the order is prepared and shipped the following day, that day is not considered a business day due to the acceptance of the package by UPS. The days take into effect the following day after it has been shipped out. These expedited services do NOT deliver on the weekends usually. 

We are NO LONGER guaranteeing damage done by UPS. We now have video proof of boxes leaving our warehouse in 100% perfect condition, if the box arrives damaged, please contact UPS for a claim.
