The white 36 inch TufTex balloons are the perfect balloon to use as a tower topper and to add vinyl to. They can be inflated to half the size for shorter towers and full capacity for really tall towers adding another 3' to them. They're also popular at weddings floating above a pool or suspended from the ceiling. Plus you can make fun structures like life size ice cream cones with them!

We used these for pool decor…..they blew up nice and round. Installed on a Friday, but by Sunday all popped but 2. We informed the client that they would likely pop in the hot Florida sun, but the client accepted the risk factor and just wanted to enjoy them as long as they lasted.
