    One of the best balloon shining products I’ve used!

    Love, love, love Party Shine! It doesn’t drip off of the balloons. It sprays on clear instead of white. A little goes a long way.

    Party Shine is awesome!

    I really loved using party shine, it does not have such a strong odor like some of the other brands and lasts for outdoor installations really well. Gives balloons that wet shines look!
